PURPOSE: To simplify an operation of a hoistable deck by a method wherein the hoistable deck is enabled to be clamped by only ascending or descending the hoistable deck without utilizing any other driving means.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of clamping devices 3 is equipped at a lower surface of a fixed deck 2. The clamping devices 3 are provided with a holding cylinder 4 rotatably attached to the fixed deck 2 through a flange 5. A clamping protuberance 7 is formed at a lower end of the holding cylinder while a long hole 9, through which the protuberance 7 can be penetrated when it is directed to a predetermined direction, is provided at an upper surface of the hoistable deck 1. A core rod 11, pushed down by a lower surface member 10 of the hoistable deck, is penetrated within the holding cylinder and this core rod is rotated by an operation of a cam 18 every time when it is pushed up by the lower surface member 10 to enable the above-described clamping protuberance 7 to be engaged or released by the long hole of the hoistable deck.
