Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a class-A-membrane-joining adhesive capable of being easily and uniformly introduced between the membranes to be joined, capable of perfectly eliminating poor welding, and capable of greatly contributing to the improvement of applicability.
SOLUTION: The class-A-membrane-joining adhesive comprises a gel-like substance prepared by dispersing an FEP resin (tetrafluoroethylene/ hexafluoropropylene copolymer resin) powder in an FEP resin dispersion. The FEP resin powder has a median diameter of 35 μm. It comprises 60-70 wt.% FEP resin, 0.3-0.5 wt.% surfactant, and 29.5-39.5 wt.% water and has a viscosity of 4,000-5,000 mPas.
