Abstract:

To provide a clean-up coating agent cleaning the surface of a product and forming a coat to protect the surface of the product, wherein the coat itself is made hardly stained and the agent is made easily usable every time and everywhere.

A clean-up coating agent 11 comprises a modified silicone oil and a solvent, cleans a coating surface 12 to be coated with the clean-up coating agent 11 and forms a coat 14 on the coating surface 12, wherein the clean-up coating agent 11 contains a charging agent making the coat charge average 0 or bringing the average close to 0.
