Abstract:
To prevent any deterioration in the cleaning effect of a cleaning blade from occurring by making any paper dust accumulated on a cleaning blade periodically eliminable.
In a cleaning device for cleaning a resist roller which feeds an imaging device with paper from a paper feeder, it is equipped with a cleaning blade 7 coming into contact with a peripheral surface of the resist roller 2 and eliminating any paper dust stuck fast to the resist roller 2, and a paper dust receiving member 6 supporting the cleaning blade 7 free of contact or separation to or from the resist roller 2, while receiving the paper dust removed out of this roller 2 by the cleaning blade 7, respectively.
