To provide a cleaning apparatus for a wheel and the like of a forklift and the like, which efficiently cleans a wheel of a vehicle and the like.

The cleaning apparatus 10 includes a dust sucking means 20 whose inside is a cavity 21, and a dust collecting means collecting dust in the dust sucking means 20 by sucking air in the cavity 21. On an upper face 22 of the dust sucking means 20, a plurality of sucking holes 23, which are openings of the inside of the cavity 21, are formed, a lid 24 capable of opening and closing each of the sucking holes 23 is provided, and a first elastic body 25 for energizing the lid 24 is provided so that the lid 24 closes the sucking holes 23 by being energized with the elastic body 25. A plurality of rails 26 provided at the dust sucking means 20 support an object 1 to clean such as a wheel, grooves 26b are formed on the upper faces 26a of a plurality of the rails 26, and pressing members 27 are disposed at the grooves 26b so that the lid 24 does not close the sucking holes 23 by pushing the lid 24 downward with the pressing members 27 when the object 1 to clean steps on the pressing members 27. Brushes 42 are implanted onto a conveyer 40 arranged between the rails 26 for the brushes 42 to clean the object 1 to clean.
