Title:
Cleaning equipment for PCB-contaminated waste electrical equipment
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6288619
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus capable of removing PCB contaminated oil in an extremely short time from PCB contaminated waste electrical equipment by using photocatalytic cleaning liquid.SOLUTION: A cleaning apparatus includes: a cleaning tank; a rod-shaped injection device 3 with which PCB contaminated waste electrical equipment is covered; an arm which is connected with a rod-shaped injection device bottom part and supplies photocatalyst cleaning liquid into the rod-shaped injection device; and a pump which circulates the photocatalyst cleaning liquid. Therein, a support shaft 5 for fastening the PCB contaminated waste electrical equipment, a support member 6 for supporting the PCB contaminated waste electrical equipment, an injection nozzle 8 for injecting the photocatalyst cleaning liquid and a light source 9 are respectively attached to the rod-shaped injection device and, when the PCB contaminated waste electrical equipment which covers the rod-shaped injection device from above and is fastened while the support shaft is inserted through a through-hole formed on the bottom part of the PCB contaminated waste electrical equipment consisting of a hollow container preliminarily is cleaned, the photocatalyst cleaning liquid is injected from the injection nozzle and, thereby, the efficiency of reaction of a photocatalyst which occurs by irradiating an inner wall of the PCB contaminated waste electrical equipment with light while cleaning the inner wall side of the PCB contaminated waste electrical equipment is improved.
