After a photograph of the intruder imaged by the camera 18 is transmitted to a room owner's cellular telephone, the spray means 20 is actuated to spray gas, smoke or the like from outlets 12 and thereby repel the intruder. When the intruder tries to break the cleaning robot 100, the buzzer 19 generates a loud alarm sound upon impact detection.
