Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning sponge enabling holding without letting the fingers bite into a sponge layer when holding a cleaning sponge body during cleaning, and surely preventing cleaning omission.SOLUTION: A cleaning sponge to be used by holding with the hand when cleaning tableware or a water section, includes a cleaning sponge body 10 where two sponge layers 2 and 2 comprising sponge deformable during cleaning, and a nonwoven fabric layer 3 adhered to between both the sponge layers 2 and 2 and suppressing deformation of both the sponge layers 2 and 2 during cleaning by self rigidity are laminated in the thickness direction. The nonwoven fabric layer 3 has a thickness K set to nearly two thirds of a thickness T of each of the sponge layers 2 when not deformed so that the cleaning sponge body 10 can be held by the fingers when holding the cleaning sponge body 10 during cleaning.
