A cleaning system 1 includes a cleaning device 100 including cleaning means 110, a storage unit 120, an identifying unit 130, an input/output unit 140, an image capturing unit 150, an identification information detection unit 170, and a cleaning control unit 180, and cleans a cleaning object. The identifying unit 130 identifies a cleaning range of the cleaning object on the basis of information on a dimension of the cleaning object, so that efficient cleaning can be performed.
