Abstract:
To provide a cleaning tool and a cleaning device, which can further improve ability to clean a slit part of a slit coater.
The cleaning tool 7 for cleaning the slit part 24 of the slit coater 1 for applying a coating liquid on a surface Ka to be coated includes: cleaning members 73 inserted into the slit part 24 to clean the coating liquid adhered on a pair of wall parts 241, 241 comprising the slit part 24; and an energizing part 74 for energizing the cleaning members 73 toward at least one of the pair of wall parts 241, 241.
