A brush body is composed of flexible resin material, on which a finger inserting part capable of inserting only one finger is provided. The brush body includes a base part and a back part for covering one face of the base part. The back part is provided so as to integrally stand along the edge of the base part. The finger inserting part is formed of the base part and the back part. A brush part formed of many projections composed of flexible resin material is provided on the surface of the base part. An inner face of the base part that forms the finger inserting part is formed in a concave face.
