This clip comprises: a base member 14 which is mounted on a board body 11 constituting a supporting surface for the document P etc.; the holding member 15 which is rotatably mounted on the base member 14; a main spring member 20 for imparting the holding force to the holding member 15; an auxiliary spring member 22 for backing up the holding force of the spring member 20 according to need; an auxiliary spring operation member 24 for making the holding force act so that the holding force can keep backed up by the spring member 22; and a stopper 26 for maintaining the position of the operation member 24 so that a backed-up state can be maintained.
