PURPOSE: To provide a finger holding part at the fastening plates of a clip with the holding part to bind sheets of a document, etc., by using a clip sheet binding unit in order to allow the clip to be easily removed from the sheets.

CONSTITUTION: A clip comprises both fastening plates 2 so coupled at their base parts 3 as to open or close the two plates 8 formed of elastic materials between the ends of the plates 2, thereby binding materials to be fastened such as sheets, etc., between the ends of both the plates 2, wherein one or more finger holding parts 8 are provided at one or both of the two plates. Thus, since the holding parts 8 are provided at the plates of the clip, the clip can be simply and easily removed from the sheets mounted with the clip.
