Blades 24 and 25 of a dehumidifying fan 10 for circulating and dehumidifying air 9 for drying are inclined to advance in the direction of rotation from an intake 10a to an outlet 10b, and the blades with different heights are alternately arranged. As a result, the high pressure rising capacity and the large quantity of wind can be achieved and efficient water cooling dehumidification can be achieved.
