PURPOSE: To form a high-hardness coating film on a metallic dish while keeping heat resistance by coating a heat resistant paint consisting of the alkoxide of metal selected out of polymetallocarbosilane, titanium, zirconium, aluminum, or the like on a metallic dish and then by baking it.
CONSTITUTION: The polymetallocarbosilane in this invention is an organic silicon polymer that itself is officially recongnized. As an embodiment of silicone resin, denaturated silicone that has been reacted with a denaturation resin such as epoxy resin is given. As inorganic fillers, at least one kind out of oxide, boride, or the like is used. As an embodiment of alkylalkoxysilane, methyltrimethoxysilane or the like can be given. As an embodiment of the alkoxide of metal selected out of titanium, zirconium, aluminum, or the like, tetraethoxytitanium or the like can be given. There is no special restriction in the raw material of the metallic dish on which the heat resistant paint of this invention is coated and baked, and also in the method for coating and baking.
