PURPOSE: To easily coat a sputter sticking preventive agent surely and uniformly to the inside and outside peripheral parts of a torch by a fingertip operation by pushing the torch into a receiving member laminated with a cushion material.

CONSTITUTION: A button 1 is pushed in as well and a spray is ejected from the top end of a stem 3 when the torch (t) is pushed together with the cushion material 4 into a receiving member 2. The sputter sticking preventive agent impregnated in the laminated layer of the cushion material 4 and further penetrated in the porous layer thereof bleeds out to stick to the inside and outside peripheral faces of the torch (t). The coating of the sputter sticking preventive agent is thus executed. The sputter sticking preventive agent S in a vessel (a) is raised in a tube 5 by internal pressurization P and is always prone to be ejected. A fine hole 7 provided to the stem 3 is detached from a gasket 8 and is opened so that the liquid passes through the inside of the stem 3 when the stem 3 is pushed in against a spring 6. The liquid passes therethrough while sucking air from an air hole 9 provided in the middle of the stem 3 in this stage and therefore, the mist spray is ejected from the top end of the stem 3.
