Abstract:
To cover a pipe easily without requiring the spiral winding of a tape and also without requiring to make free the existing pipes at their one end.
A coating body which covers the outer surfaces of a pipe 4 is organized with those fibers which shrink when they absorb water, and formed in band shape. Also hook-shaped engaging means 7a and 7b engaged with each other are provided on both sides of a band-shaped coating body 6 along its longitudinal direction at proper intervals.
