To provide a coating composition developing high water and oil repellency by orienting a fluoroalkyl group at higher density on the surface and keeping the property by photocuring or thermal curing and provide a coated material having a cured coating film having the above properties and formed by using the composition on a substrate surface.

The coating composition contains (A) a constitutional unit derived from a (meth)acrylic acid ester having a fluoroalkyl group, (B) a constitutional unit derived from a (meth)acrylic acid ester having an epoxy group, (C) a constitutional unit derived from a (meth)acrylic acid ester having a crystalline structure and a block copolymer shown in general formula (I) (A)l-(B)m-(C)n(l, m and n are each an integer of 1-10) as main components.
