PURPOSE: To supply a specified quantity of the essential agents to a coating machine at all times by obstructing flow of the essential agents into the first and second return passages using a changer while the first and second essential agents are being sent to a two-part mixing type coating machine through a changer.
CONSTITUTION: A circulating circuit 3 that circulates the first essential agent contained in a essential agent reservoir 1 and a circulating circuit 9 that circulates the second essential agent contained in a essential agent reservoir 7 are installed. A changer 17 is provided with an entrance 18 connected to the circuit 3, an entrance 19 connected to the circuit 9, a thinner supply port 20 and a feeding port 21 connected to a thinner reservoir. The feeding port 21 is selectively connected to the entrances 18, 19 by the changer. In a return circuit 22, the changer 17 is made to communicate with the circuit 3 and when the entrance 18 is connected with the feeding port 21, flow of the first essential agent is stopped. In a return circuit 40, the changer 17 is made to communicate with the circuit 9, and when the entrance 19 is connected with the feeding port 21, flow of the second essential agent is checked. At the same time, in a two-part mixing type coating machine 23, the feeding port 21 is made to communicate with an essential agent supply port 24.
