Stays 13 bent in a dog-legged shape are disposed between two rings 11 and 12 of different outside diameters so that the dog-legged bent part 14 is oriented toward the centers of the rings 11 and 12. Thereby the rings 11 and 12 are connected so that they are concentrically located with a space between the upper and lower rings. A support frame 15 having bent parts 16 fittable on the edges of a coating can K is mounted on the stay 13. Countless projections A are formed on the surface of the rings 11 and 12. The support frame 15 is capable of being extended and shortened in accordance with the size of the coating can K. In addition, the bent parts 16 of the support frame 15 are formed so that they can be used on both the rear and surface.
