Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating liquid capable of suppressing curling even with a thin substrate and forming a transparent coated film high in hardness (pencil hardness) or strength (scratch resistance).SOLUTION: The coating liquid contains metal oxide fine particles which are subjected to surface treatment by a surface treatment agent of a predetermined amount and an acrylate monomer resin (excluding an urethane acrylate resin) with content of the surface-treated metal oxide fine particles in a solid component of 70 to 90 mass%. The metal oxide fine particles are preferably subjected to surface treatment by an organosilicon compound of 0.1 to 50 pts.mass as R-SiObased on 100 pts.mass of the metal oxide fine particles.SELECTED DRAWING: None
