Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the reflection of the microwave with the maximum efficiency by coating the coating material obtained by mixing well and dispersing the solvent to the spherical substance composed mainly of the ferromagnetic powder and the insulating high molecular compound onto the reflective substance uniformly and with a desired thickness.

CONSTITUTION: The solvent is added to the mixture of the spherical substance composed mainly of the powder of the ferromagnetic substance such as the ferrimagnetic substance, iron, nickel, cobalt and the like and the insulating organic high molecular compound featuring a resistibility of more than 1013Ωcm such as polyester and the like then mixed up sufficiently and dispersed. Thus, a coating material featuring a comparatively high viscoisity is obtained. This coating material is then coated on the reflective substnace with a trowel, thus obtaining a reflection preventing layer with a desired thickness. In this way, a paint film can be formed uniformly and with a desired thickness just through one process, preventing the reflection of the microwave with the maximum efficiency.
