Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a coating to be discarded, to eliminate the necessity of a cleaning thinner which has been used completely, and to reduce coating costs largely by coating while coating guns which supply the coating to be sprayed are being delivered in turn to a coating robot in the next step.
SOLUTION: When the spray work of coating robots R1, R5 in the first step is finished and a body arrived at coating robots R2, R6 in the next step, coating guns 6 are delivered from the robot R1 to the robot R2 and from the robot R5 to the robot R6. Next, with the use of the coating guns 6 delivered from the robots R2, R6, a coating is sprayed according to teaching procedures taught to the robots R2, R6. Since the same coating gun 6 is used for the same body 4, coating is done in a state in which the coating gun 6 is delivered without a color changing operation.
