Abstract:

To provide a thin coil component which raises the moldability of a dust core and productivity by a core configuration in a composite core which combines a core of distinct soft magnetic characteristics.

The coil component using the composite core constitutes from an inside leg 11 and a side leg 12, and a coil mounting core 10 constituted from a bottom plate 13 in which a leg stands, a flat plate shape I core 15 which is brought into contact with each tip of the leg of a coil wearing core 10, and a composite core constituted from the coil 20. The coil mounting core 10 consists of a soft magnetic material with resistivity higher than the I core 15. The bottom plate 13 of the coil mounting core 10 is located in the circuit side which the terminal 21 of the coil 20 connects by using the composite core which combines a core having distinct soft magnetic characteristics. Incidentally, the soft magnetic material of the coil mounting core 10 is a soft ferrite core, and the I core 15 of the simple shape consists of the dust cores which consist of a metal soft magnetic material.
