The coil drive unit 520 is equipped with: a yoke 403 equipped with a pair of iron core parts 601a and 601b and a pair of iron core parts 602a and 602b respectively positioned on an inner periphery side and an outer periphery side of a coil 506 equipped with an air-core part inside a winding; a magnet 503 provided in either the iron core part 601b or 602a between the pair of iron core parts 601a and 601b and the pair of iron core parts 602a and 602b, and capable of displacing relatively to the coil 506 together with the yoke 403; a substrate 301 having a plane form part going along the inner peripheral surface of the coil 506 and attached to the coil 506 in such a state that the plane form part is made to abut on the inner peripheral surface of the coil 506; and a magnetic sensor 508 provided on the substrate 301 and detecting magnetic field strength of the magnet 503.
