PURPOSE: To take out a formed coil without removing a first bender by constituting the first bender turnably around its axis and movably so as to release the contact with a coil blank.

CONSTITUTION: A third bender 69, a fourth bender 75 and a holding shaft 24 are removed from a stepped frame 11. The first bender 58 is tilted nearly 90° counterclockwise to insert the coil blank 1 between bending guides 13 and 16 and thereafter, the holding shaft 24 is inserted into a fifth shaft hole 23 to hold the curving part of the coil stock 1. A roller 55 comes into contact with the coil blank 1 and presses the extending part while turning to bend the extending part along a guide 13 when the first bender 58 is turned 90° clockwise. The first bender 58 moves in a direction of releasing the contact with the bent surface of the coil blank 1 and, therefore, the formed coil is taken out without removing the first bender 58.
