Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil in which, while having an extrusion coating layer made of a polyphenylene sulfide resin, the heat resistance in an insulator is not reduced, and further, adhesion between a conductor and the insulator can be improved compared with the conventional one, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a coil having: a conductor 101; and an insulator 102 formed around the conductor 101, the insulator 102 has: an internal layer 103 formed around the conductor 101; and an external layer 104 formed around the internal layer 103, the internal layer 103 is formed by extrusion-covering a resin composition obtained by mixing a polyphenylene sulfide resin of 90 to 98 mass% and a thermoplastic elastomer of 2 to 10 mass% around the conductor 101, the external layer 104 is formed by extrusion-covering a polyphenylene sulfide resin around the internal layer 103, the thickness of the insulator 102 is 0.1 to 0.4 mm, and the thickness of the internal layer 103 is 0.05 mm or lower.
