This coil is equipped with a magnetic core structure composed of a magnetic core 1 of ferrite or the like and a plate-like insulating base 10 of composite magnetic molded body, and a winding 20 is arranged as housed inside the structure. The winding 20 is formed of a flat-type wire 22 which is edgewise wound, and the terminal of the winding 20 is put through a slit provided in the base 10 and folded back to serve as an outer terminal 24.
