Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. in the presence of which stain is not produced during annealing and rolling operation can favorably be carried out, containing an ester derived from a specified fatty acid and an alcohol.
CONSTITUTION: At least 10wt%, pref. 15W50wt% ester derived from a 10W22C fatty acid and a 1W7C alcohol, is added to a cold rolling mill oil compsn. consisting of an oily agent [such as an animal or vegetable oil (e.g. mineral oil, tallow oil, lard oil or rape oil), a higher fatty acid or an aliph. alcohol], a rust inhibitor, an extreme pressure additive and an antioxidant.
