To increase a capacity of a container 5 of a cold storage material without increasing a body size of a heat exchanger.
A cold storage heat exchanger includes: a plurality of flat refrigerant pipes 3 (3L, 3R) arranged in parallel with a prescribed interval with flat sections facing each other; a fin 4 disposed in a gap between the adjoining flat sections of the refrigerant pipes which contact with air flowing in a gap; and a cold storage container 5 disposed in place of the fin in the gap between a part of adjoining flat refrigerant pipes. The cold storage material container 5 has an extension 24 extended to a rear side of a flowing direction of the air longer than the refrigerant 3 and the fin 4. The extension 24 includes an expansion section 25 which expands in a parallel arrangement section of the refrigerant pipes, and the expansion section 25 is located at the back side of the refrigerant pipe.
