Abstract:

To obtain a cooling storage panel capable of suppressing temperature change of an object to be cooled etc. and a refrigerating plant equipped with the cooling storage panel.

The cooling storage panel includes a laminated structure formed by laminating at least three layers having different heat transfer speeds. Heat transfer from a position where a thermal load body is arranged within the laminated structure is set slower in the direction orthogonal to the laminated direction of the laminated structure, compared to the laminated direction.
