Abstract:
To make reduction of contact resistance compatible with suppression of Cr ejection at high level, in a collector where a coat film, composed of a conductive oxide, is formed on the surface of a stainless steel substrate.SOLUTION: A collector 10 includes a substrate 12 composed of Fe-Cr-based stainless steel, and a coat layer 20 formed on the surface of the substrate 12. In the coat layer 20, a main region 22 formed on the composition surface to an electrode 30 includes a junction region 24 formed on the composition surface to the electrode 30, and a non-junction region 26 formed on the non-composition surface to the electrode 30. The junction region 24 is divided into a first region 24a containing La(NiA)O(A=Mn, Co, Fe or Cr, 0.1≤x≤0.9), and a second region 24b containing a spinel oxide containing (MnCo)O(0≤z≤3). Furthermore, relationship of 0.1≤S/S≤0.9 holds between the total area (S) of the junction region 24, and the total area (S) of the first region 24a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
