Abstract:
To improve the light taking out efficiency to the outside by adding a function to generate light scattering to the inside of a color filter region.
A light scattering member 20 having a specified compounding ratio with respect to a base material and further producing multiple scattering light 30 is arranged in a color filter part 8. The compounding ratio of the light scattering member 20 is set so as to maximize the light taking out efficiency of the produced multiple scattering light 30 at a boundary surface between an air layer 9 and the filter device.
