Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a colorant for styrene resins, which can be easily pelletized, is suitable for use in coloring styrene resins and has a high pigment content, by using a specified styrene/isoprene block copolymer as a carrier resin and blending it with a pigment.
CONSTITUTION: 40W90wt% pigment (A) is melt-kneaded with 60W10wt% styrene/ isoprene block copolymer (B) having a melt flow rate of not lower than 1g/10min and an isoprene content of 70W90wt% to form the title colorant.
