PURPOSE: To easily and quickly replace a damaged street lamp or the like by providing a pipe part which can be inserted in a column remaining part and has a slit formed at the end portion and a retaining screw on the lower side of a fitting plate, and fastening a fastening screw with a wedge-shaped end element at the free end by a nut to expand the slit and fix the pipe to the remaining part.

CONSTITUTION: A pipe part 1 which can be inserted in a column remaining part of a street light or the like is provided on the lower portion of a fitting plate 2, and the pipe part 1 is provided with a retaining screw 9 for retaining to the column remaining part 10, a bridge piece having a center hole 8, and a slit at the tip thereof. On the other hand, the free end of a fastening screw 4 inserted in the center hole 8 is provided with an end element 5 having a wedge 6, a nut 12 is fastned, and the end portion is enlarged in diameter by the wedge 6 to fix the pipe part to the column remaining part 10. Accordingly, a damaged column of a street lamp can be easily and quickly replaced and sure retaining can be achieved.
