To provide a combination drill capable of switching different mode of operations without influences on a torque limit setting value of a driving mode.
A clutch bypass of this combination drill has a gear box connected to a motor and an output spindle. The gear box includes a ring gear. To selectively transmit a torque to the output spindle from the motor, a clutch mechanism is connected with the gear box. The clutch mechanism includes at least one rink member arranged adjacent to the ring gear, and a rotatable mode selector arranged adjacent to the rink member. The mode selector has at least one opening capable of receiving the bypass member. The mode selector has a first position not for arranging the bypass member adjacent to the rink member, and a second position for arranging the bypass member adjacent to the rink member.
