Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical mixing apparatus having plural chemical tanks and capable of automatically selecting the chemicals to be mixed depending on purpose.
SOLUTION: A chemical supplying line 4 for mixing chemicals is connected to a main tube 1, and plural chemical tanks 10a, 10b, 10c, which contain solutions of chemicals to be supplied, are attached on the chemical supplying line 4. A liquid-supplying line 20 from each chemical tank is connected to the upstream side of a chemical solution booster pump 5 through an automatic chemical selection valve 9, which is controlled by a controller 11. The chemicals to be mixed from the plural chemical tanks 10a, 10b, 10c and mixing ratios of the chemicals are inputted to the controller 11 by a setter 12, and thus, the opening and shutting of the automatic chemical selection valve 9 by the controller 11 are enabled to select a liquid-supplying line 20 and the selected chemical tank is connected to the chemical liquid supplying line 4. In the chemical supplying line 4, the flow rate of each chemical is adjusted by a chemical flow rate adjusting valve 7 so that mixing ratios match the specified mixing ratios and the chemicals are mixed into the main tube 1.
