Abstract:
To properly handle the harmony between a friction braking sub-system and a regenerative braking sub-system and the harmony for a short period following ABS motion in particular.
A combined friction and regenerative braking system for wheels of a vehicle includes a friction brake 212, a regenerative brake 214, which is connected to a wheel provided with the friction brake 212, and a brake system controlling equipment 200 for controlling both of the friction brake 212 and the regenerative brake 214 so that regenerative braking force is restored to a maximum value following the finish of anti-lock braking operation.
