When controlling combustion in a combustion furnace 101, the combustion control system comprises a measuring device 106 for measuring at least two elements selected from dioxins precursor concentration 103 in a combustion exhaust gas 2, a dioxins molecule count number 104, and dioxins concentration 105, judgment equipment 107 for judging the contents of at least two elements selected from the dioxins precursor concentration 103 measured by the measuring device 106, the dioxins count number 104, and the dioxins concentration 105, and a control device 108 for controlling combustion by either of or the combination of the temperature in the combustion furnace 101, gas convection time in the furnace, and agitation force in the furnace, thus controlling the emission of dioxins.
