Title:
COMBUSTION POWER DRIVEN HAMMERING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007253320
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To obtain a combustion power driven hammering device which is driven independently of a service place without the need for replacing or charging a battery cell.

The hammering device 10 for placing a fixing element such as a nail, a bolt and a rivet into a foundation structure includes: a combustion chamber 14 for a mixture of an oxidizer and a fuel; a ventilator 16 driven by an electric motor 18; and a power source 24. The electric motor 18 is structured as part of an electric generator 30 for generating electric energy. The generator 30 is equipped with a controller 31 for switching over the electric motor 18 between a motor activation state and a generation state. The electric motor 18 includes a generating shaft 37 structured to be coupled with a rotor shaft 17 of the motor 18 via a free wheel 47. The generating shaft 37 is coupled with a combustion energy-driven driver 40 via a tow rope 36, and the shaft 37 is rotated by the driver 40.
