Title:
COMBUSTOR WITH AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS57144818
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent a boiling temperature from becoming too low or too high to cause boiling-over of a boiling water from a pan, by equipping a temperature panel to set a temperature separately to each boiling pan, and an electronic proportional valve to compensate a temperature by a knob to the minimum throttling and the initial stage full opening holding circuit, to the titled combustor.

CONSTITUTION: When water is boiled in an aluminum pan, combustion and heating are continued in such a manner that an electronic proportional valve 24 is opened to keep the value of gas at the maximum calorific value by the initial stage holding circuit 23 which is as same as the designated value by a maximum value limiting circuit 27, detecting the difference in voltage between a temperature sensor 8 and a setting temperature for a pan by a temperature detecting circuit 22. When a temperature sensor 8 reaches the set value, a burner is continued to be burnt with the minimum value of gas which is as same as the designated value by a minimum value limiting circuit 28, when the value of gas of an electronic proportional valve 24 is set to a weak position by the knob to set the minimum throttling. In addition, if a temperature sensor 8 rises higher than the set temperature because of the absence of the water and the like, a solenoid operated valve 32 is closed to shut off gas.
