PURPOSE: To send a map retrieved from a database of the headquaters of a fire station to each post of the station without arrangement of the map to each post of the station by providing the map database to the headquarters of the fire station.

CONSTITUTION: An entry section 1 of a headquarters equipment enters a command for dispatch or the like and map retrieval. A control section 7 is used to read map data from a map database 2, and a discrimination section 3 discriminates a map corresponding to the retrieval of the entry section 1. The map is displayed on a display section 4, a data processing section 5 implement required compression processing and outputted from an output section 6 together with a command for dispatch. The signal is sent to a station equipment through a communication network 8 such as a LAN and received by an input section 9, the map data are expanded by a data processing section 10 via a control section 13 and displayed on a display section 11 together with the order for dispatch and printed out by a printing section 12.
