In this commodity distribution method for trading commodities via a network connected to a wholesaler computer in each wholesaler and a retailer computer in each retailer, an mediating computer is connected to the network so as to deliver order data received from the retailer computer to the wholesaler computer of the wholesaler delivering the commodity to the ordering retailer according to the order data. Shipping voucher data received from the wholesaler computer are accumulated, and invoice data constructed of the accumulated shipping voucher data are delivered to the retailer computer with added identification information of the intermediate computer or its user.
