Savings information about the date and amount of deposits of reserve funds for the purchase of a desired commodity into a commodity purchase savings account that a user has opened is accepted. Next, in response to the acceptance of this savings information, the achievement rate of savings showing the ratio of the total of deposits to the amount required for the purchase is calculated and credit rating is determined based on the credit rating that is preset according to the difference between savings declaration information and the savings information.
