PURPOSE: To surely and quickly transfer correct communication data to a reception side equipment by monitoring replay data with a reply data monitoring means in a transmission side equipment, setting a data receiving means to receivable state when abnormality is detected, and thereafter, retransmitting the communication data at the time of generation of the abnormality to the data receiving means.
CONSTITUTION: When the abnormality is generated in a synchronous signal 3, a transmitting operation of communication data 4 of the number of prescribed data in a transmission side equipment 1, the receiving operation of the communication data 4 of the number of prescribed data in a reception side equipment 5, and a transmitting operation of reply data 7 is not synchronized. Therefore, by monitoring the reply data with a reply data monitoring means 10, the abnormality of the synchronous signal 3 can be detected. When the abnormality is detected, dummy timing adjustment data 11 is sent out to a data receiving means 6 from a timing adjustment data transmitting means 12 in the transmission side equipment 1, and the data receiving means 6 becomes a receivable state. Therefore, a data retransmitting means 13 is started and retransmits the communication data 4 at the time of the generation of the abnormality to the data receiving means 6. In such a manner, correct communication data 4 can be transferred.
