A CPU 209 store a received picture in a memory (a Flash ROM 218, a memory card 3, etc.) when a user performs storing operation. The CPU 209 judges whether there is a hindrance to the storage of the received picture. The CPU 209 holds information specifying the received program and information specifying the picture to be stored when it is judged that there is a hindrance. The CPU 209 is connected with a server on a network by using a PHS data card 4 to perform information communication with the server through a line, and transmits the information specifying the received program and the information specifying the picture to be stored to the server to make a request to transmit the program picture.
