To provide a communication card and its manufacturing method whose cost can be reduced.
The communication card comprises a bottom panel, an upper cover and an upper panel, and can house an electric apparatus therein, the electric apparatus comprises a substrate and an RF transceiver that is connected to the substrate, and further, the substrate comprises at least one metal ground layer stretched along all areas of the substrate and prevents electromagnetic waves from being discharged from the rear side of the substrate. The bottom panel and the upper panel are formed of materials through which electromagnetic waves are transmitted, and the upper cover is formed of an electromagnetic wave shielding material. Component linking means are provided between the bottom panel and the upper cover and between the bottom panel and the upper panel. After assembling, the substrate is positioned between the upper cover and the bottom panel, and the RF transceiver is positioned between the upper panel and the bottom panel. Further, the communication card can be easily hung on a user's neck by a ring that is integrally formed on the bottom panel.
