Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly grasp operating state of a vehicle and personnel and to promptly perform setting of a station and the vehicle to take actions and allocation of proper personnel in case of emergency. SOLUTION: This communication instruction system is constituted by providing with an attendance personnel managing means 16 consisting of an attendance register 16a to register attendance by prescribed operations in the case of attendance and absence of the personnel respectively and an attendance managing part 16b to store and manage the attendance of the personnel based on attendance information registered by the attendance register 16a and a vehicle personnel allocating means 17 to allocate required personnel to the vehicle to take actions in a headquarter communication instruction facility 10 and constituted so that an automatic action specifying device 13 sets the vehicle to take actions based on an action level and the vehicle personnel allocating means 17 allocates the personnel in attendance to the vehicle to take actions based on the attendance information of the personnel to be stored and managed in the attendance personnel managing means 16.
