Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a device and a method for connecting communication and external connection equipment capable of improvement in economicity and efficiency by partially charging a function so that the communication connecting device performs communication control of a public network and incoming to an extension telephone set and the external connection equipment performs distribution to services. SOLUTION: When an incoming call is received from a public network 3, a communication connecting device 1 acquires an extension number corresponding to an incoming call number, the presence/absence of service and a service number in the case of presence of service and when there is no service, the incoming call is connected to the extension telephone set. When there is a service, the incoming call is connected to external connection equipment 7 and a service number corresponding to the relevant service is reported to a connection destination distributing part 31 of the external connection equipment 7. When the service number is reported, in the connection destination distributing part 31, the service corresponding to this service number is provided to the incoming call.
