PURPOSE: To provide the communication content transfer device for mobile radio communication system with which a person on the side of a base station can communicate with a person on the side of a mobile station when there is transmission from the base station side while the person on the mobile station side is away from a mobile object.

CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication network 2 is composed of a first transmitting/receiving means 10 at a base station 5 and a second transmitting/ receiving means 20 at a mobile station 6, and a short-distance communication network 3 is composed of a third transmitting/receiving means 40 at the mobile station 6 and a fourth transmitting/receiving means 50 at any specified radio station. The second transmitting/receiving means 20 and the third transmitting / receiving means 40 are connected so that single communication between the mobile communication network 2 and the short-distance communication network 3 can be performed.
